Hotel transfer terrible

I have booked holiday package from Vtours from 2nd June 2018 till 10th June 2018 to Antalya Turkey with my wife and 2 year old child. We landed in Antalya and transfer bus was there and we have seated in bus without bus moving for next 2 hours as driver was waiting for another flight passengers and it was midnight.
I received my flight details on time and return flight was mentioned 10.35 am on 10 th june 2018. I received email 9th June 2018 evening transfer bus will be in hotel next day at 7.10 am to pick my family. I was waited for 1.5 hrs and was trying to call service center no answer. I drove with taxi by my own expenses (20Euro). At Airport was more shocking as there was no flight at 10.35 am to Germany. With lot of stress as Vtours do not have office in Airport moving around to get information as Airport information desk was not having any clue for flight. At 10 am I come to know original flight time is 13:00 Pm not 10.35 am so I waited almost 4 hours at airport with my small child because of Vtours wrong information.
Back to germany because of wrong flight informations I have parked my car at airport long time parking area and it was exceded 8 days time by 2 hours extra and it cost me 40 Euro extra. I want to have reimbursment of my 20 Euro bill is available and 40 euro bill is available.
