Geld abgebucht, keine Bestätigungsmail (auch nicht im Spam), kein boarding pass

Am 30 Juli 2022 habe ich einen Flug von GVA nach CPH (15-17 August) gebucht. Das Geld wurde von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Ich habe keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten (auch nicht im Spam). Ich musste über einen anderen Anbieter buchen. Bis heute gab es keinerlei Kommunikation. Bitte überweisen sie das Geld zurück.

Unfortunately Travelgenio keeps claiming that they have sent the confirmation E-Mail but are not willing to provide sufficient proof for that claim. I asked to fwd the confirmation E-Mail showing the time stamp, sender and receiver. They ignore that request and just send a mail body template. I am a computer scientist and able to tell if i received an E-Mail or not and yes, that includes checking the Spam folder. Interestingly enough, there are many claims of people not receiving the confirmation mail.

For sake of completeness: they did send out the boarding pass 2 weeks after the booking and taking the money but by that time we booked the same flight with another provider as we were left in the dark on our order.

Please spare us the legal path and refund the money.

I repeat, this flight is in the past and we had to book another ticket so the booking code and e-tickets are of no use anymore. The point is that you did not send a confirmation E-Mail on July 30th.

Please either send me adequate proof that you have sent the confirmation E-Mail (fwd original email with correct time stamp or show smtp logs) or refund the money.
