Entitled to a refund due to a flight time change made by the Airline

Dear service center,  

Our flight time on Friday November 24th has been changed from 16.10 to 15:20 and we can manage to get on the flight on time.  We have asked your team to refund us the money due to the time change made by Lufthansa and not having the possibility to get on the flight on Friday and it looks like the team hasn't done anything since Sunday November 12th. 
We ask you politely to refund us the money we paid for this flights even though we have non refundable tickets (change has been done by the Airline)!

We are very disappointed by your service.
During the phone calls we have been forwarded permanently from one to another department and being even told that we should reach out to Lufthansa and ask for a waiver code.
Lufthansa told us that that is a very bad customer service provided by you and that travelstart should reach out on favor of the customers and ask for the waiver code in this case.

We are aware that the change is minor but it is the time we need to get to the airport. Anytime latzer than 4.10 pm is fine, but after confirming there us no flight after 4.10 pm we have to cancel this flight.  I asked for a refund through the Lufthansa web page as Travelstart is not doing anything regarding my request
